Essential Care Plan: Opting Out

By opting out of the Visionary Hub Space Care Plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Limited Support Warranty
The site is warranted only for the initial agreed support period (e.g., 14 days post-launch).
Beyond this period, Visionary Hub Space does not guarantee the functionality, security, or compatibility of the site unless covered by an active care plan.

2. Maintenance Responsibility
Regular updates, such as WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates, are critical for maintaining site security and performance.
Without a care plan, the responsibility for performing updates, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compatibility falls solely on the site owner or a third-party provider.

3. Technical Support and Costs
Sites not covered by a care plan will require a £250 +VAT health check fee before any development or support work is carried out.
Any additional development or support work will be charged at £75 per hour.
Visionary Hub Space cannot guarantee immediate availability for ad-hoc support, as priority is given to clients with active care plans.

4. Security and Site Integrity
Opting out of the care plan may leave the site vulnerable to potential security threats, downtime, or functionality issues due to outdated software or plugins.
Visionary Hub Space is not responsible for any issues arising from the lack of regular updates or maintenance.

5. Third-Party Management
If the site is managed by a third party, Visionary Hub Space is not liable for any modifications, updates, or changes made by that party.
It is recommended that the third party adheres to best practices to maintain the site’s integrity.

6. Re-joining the Care Plan
Should you choose to re-join the Care Plan at a later date, additional fees may apply to bring the site up to the required standard for ongoing maintenance.

By opting out of the Care Plan, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Visionary Hub Space cannot warrant the site or provide guarantees outside the initial support period.
